Job Details:

Responsibilities

• Onsite/Remote/Telephone technical support for clients (schools)

• Hardware/software maintenance

• Exceptional customer service

• Work across various locations/schools

• Always in touch with the latest technologies

• Appreciated by clients when solve problems

Qualities/requirements

• Strong organisational skill

• Time management

• Able to work under pressure

Qualifications required

5 GCSE grades (C and above) or equivalent including Maths and English

Additional information

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
