Job Description

This young, energetic business are searching for the perfect candidate to kick-start their career in IT.

Interested candidates should have some experience and knowledge of Microsoft products and will love getting involved and solving problems.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software incidents and problems
  • Provide support to the business
  • Provide solutions/ work around incidents and problems
  • Create, manage and evolve policies, processes and procedures
  • Install, maintain and support new applications and infrastructure
  • Work to SLA thresholds for incidents, requests and problems
  • Prioritising and managing several open cases and mini projects at one time
  • Working towards certification
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Participate testing of our in-house software product

Desired Requirements:

  • Must have some experience and knowledge of Microsoft products

Having knowledge of the following is advantageous:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Windows Server
  • Windows 10, AD, DHCP and DNS
  • Office 365

Desired Qualifications

  • 3 GCSE's (A-C)
  • Maths and English D and above

Working week

Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm
