Job Details:

Responsibilities of the Business Administration Apprentice:

  • Answering calls to potential new & existing customers.
  • Assisting with front of house/ reception in a friendly professional manner.
  • Assisting senior members of staff in the showroom with new and existing customers look for particular items or products.
  • Taking incoming calls and relying message to the correct member of staff.
  • Photo-copying, printing, updating CRM, In-house postal duties.
  • Assisting with editorial new items which are added to company’s website by external company.
  • Email new and existing clients who have enquired about prices online for products.

Requirements of the Business Administration Apprentice:

  • Good Communication
  • Willing to learn and try new things a good can do attitude
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Salary & Benefits:

  • Currently Wednesday to Sunday working however Sundays close earlier with the opportunity of have days of at the start of the week.
  • Sundays are not set in stone we do give lots of flexibility to rotate your working hours.
