Support for our learners

Our support for learners tends to fall into three main categories. We have a range of support guides available on a range of common challenges that apprentices may experience whilst on their apprenticeship with us. Click below to view resources in each category:

General Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)

This section is for learners who have general support queries. It could be about finance, housing, incentives, health, and much more! We have lots of handy advice guides to help.

Additional Learning Needs

You may have some additional needs that QA can support with during the length of your apprenticeship with us. If you have any additional needs, such as dyslexia, autism or mental health needs then check out our downloadable guides.

This section is for learners who have concerns about their own, or someone else’s, health, safety or welfare. This might include homelessness, abuse or questions about the Prevent duty.
