Job Details:

Responsibilities

  • Project reporting, producing reports, spreadsheets etc
  • Project Administration
  • Project Monitoring
  • Organising meetings/minutes
  • Organising, facilitating RAID workshops
  • Liaison with 3rd parties and internal teams

Qualities/requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office – Word, Excel and Power Point

Other Skills:

  • High level of Excel skills
  • Professional PowerPoint skills
  • You will offer general support for a major change program, so experience within change would be an advantage for this position
  • Good personal presentation skills - as you will be working in a professional environment, likely to demanding timelines

Qualifications required

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above

Additional information

Daily working hours – Monday to Saturday (5 days a week based on rota) Regular Day Shift
