In this job you will...
- Fault finding and diagnostics for broadband connections
- Work remotely to customers and troubleshoot issues
- Deal with customer queries via telephone and email
- Liaise with other departments on queries
- Work closely with suppliers
- Assist with maintaining and improving the company network

Advanced Apprenticeship Infrastructure Technician Level 3 (equivalent to A- level educational level), MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals, MTA Cloud Fundamentals, One Microsoft MOC on demanded course
Who should apply...
To be considered for this role, you as an individual shall have strong interpersonal skills and be able to take initiative. Personal attributes that would be beneficial are a strong customer focus, professional telephone manner, good communication skills and a desire to continually improve your technical knowledge and ability through self-study. The successful candidate should also ideally have 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English.

Daily working hours:Mon – Fri/ 9am – 5.30pm 37.5 hours per week with 1 hours lunch
