Community Associates are the guest experience specialist for our locations. From welcoming customers and guests, to supporting our centre operations and sales activities, to maintaining customer relationships, the Community Associates are an integral part of a team that continually works to improve our customer experience.

Job Details:


  • Ensure the customers in your community are happy

Qualifications required

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above

Other Important Information

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (1hr lunch break)


Opportunity for the right candidate to be offered a full time permanent position at the end of the apprenticeship.
