In this job you will be...

  • Answering telephone
  • Assisting with maintenance or ordering of merchandise
  • Assisting searcher – ordering searches and collating data
  • Preparing for national marketing events
  • Dealing with general administration duties
  • Providing support to office
  • Preparing large orders of merchandise to be distributed to local offices
  • Managing all company's social media content

Your training will...

Start with a 12-14 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of 10 days of in-centre training in combination with work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling.

You will gain a City & Guilds Level 3 in Business & Administration. This fantastic opportunity can potentially lead to you earning £25k in a business role.

We are looking for an individual who is keen to learn, a good team player, has initiative of their own, punctual, reliable and responsible with a positive attitude, professional appearance and a good listener.

The ideal candidate will ideally have 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English

Other important information:

Candidate may be required to attend a national marketing event

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (30 minutes’ lunch break) 37.5 hours per week
