QA Apprenticeships’ practical Microsoft programme is designed to help you recruit and train new IT staff for roles such as; firstline/helpdesk support, junior network support, ICT technician, junior systems administrator and application support engineer.

Block release technical training at a local QA Academy along with work experience in your organisation will bring your apprentice the following qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS)
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications
- City & Guilds Certificate in IT Systems and Principles
- City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in IT Professional Competence
They'll also complete a work-based portfolio to give them rounded business skills, these include Customer Service, Health and Safety and Professional Development.
Entry Requirements: A minimum of 5 GCSEs A*-C (to include English and Maths).
