  • How long should my CV be? – Your CV should be approximately ¾ sides of A4.
  • What should I put on my CV? – Personal details including your phone and email address, education and qualifications, employment history, interests and hobbies, references and a cover letter.
  • Wait, what is a cover letter? – It’s a statement about you which should be at the top of your CV, encouraging the employer to read on! Make it interesting and specific to the role you’re after.
  • What if I don’t have enough information? – Don’t worry, you can use the skills from the babysitting job you do every Friday, participating in your local club or volunteering at school.
