We look after our apprentices

We look after our apprentices

We have a dedicated Learner Services team which support all of our apprentices whilst they are on-programme with us. They are a great source of information, advice and guidance, supporting learners with a range of different issues including:

  • Additional Learning Needs - for learners who have any additional needs, such as dyslexia, autism or mental health needs
  • IAG (Information, Advice, Guidance) – for learners who have general support queries. It could be about a range of issues including advice on finances, housing, incentives, health, and more
  • Safeguarding - for learners who have concerns about their own, or someone else’s, health, safety or welfare. This might include homelessness, abuse or questions about the government’s Prevent agenda.

If you would like to contact Learner Services, please email Learner.Services@qa.com or call us on 01753 898482.
